I know someone who had been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Without meds, he thinks people are plotting against him and he even committed suicide once. Yet he says he does not hear voices nor hallucinate?

auditory and visual hallucinations are not the only symptoms of schizophrenia...delusional paranoia is a much better indicator, and if one is paranoid, they tend to not admit anything to anyone, so he could well be having hallucinations and simply will not admit them to anyone.

it's possisble that he's in the beginning stages of schizophrenia and has not yet gone far enough into the illness to have started the hallucinations and and hearing voices. in order to hopefully avoid or at least delay that part of schizophrenia he needs to be on meds. if he thinks that people are plotting against him that is called paranoid. that is a form of schizophrenia and a dangerous form. please get him into a psychiatrisit asap.

i think of it has to do with soul. Black singers comprehend a thank you to coach how they're feeling deep down by their voices. it would desire to be genetics or it would desire to be prepare from a youthful age. Celine Dion has a alluring voice. Christina Ag, JoJo, pink and the white singers over in England that have effective, reliable voices have been all inspired by black singers. look it up.

Halluciations are indicative of a psychosis and not schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is usually characterized by delusional thinking such as paranoia.

yes that is possible. its a different "strand" of schizo. to kinda help explain. i work with incompetant juveniles and yes. its just like they are paranoid. it just depends on the extent of the diagnosis AND the extremities of the effects.
