Supplier of uv stabilized 4 mm foam core thermoplastic?

I am trying to find a UK supplier of 4mm foam core UV stabilized thermoplastic to use in an experimental folding boat project. I also need to find a UK supplier of heavy duty UV stabilized reinforced ripstop nylon (waterproof). to make the fold 'hinges'. Can anyone help?

UK? No. But, as far as UV protective, the resin is typically responsible for UV protection -- as they typically carry UV inhibitors. The same thing applies for 'waterproofing' -- the resin can posses those characteristics. (For example, phenolic resins posses corrosion and water resistant properties, among others). Therefore, you can find the foam and nylon you want/need and find a capatible resin supplying all the properties you are looking for.
