i mean... i think im over her, ive sorta moved on...(theres this girl im sure to ask out soon)...
but i just cant get my mind off her...i can, but when she comes to my mind, my heart beats really fast...
i dont like her...im sure of that..., and she dosent like me...really sure of that...(she sorta said it to my face)
or maybe i feel this way cuz i cnt get er?

Sounds to me like you really liked whoever this girl was. Rejection is really never easy, just somethin ya gotta put up with. Saying you don't like her is nothing more than simply denying yourself there man. Just ask that other girl, and trust me, that other bullsh** will fade quickly.

You are trying to get her to hate you because..... It's easier to walk away from someone and get over them if you are mad at them or they are mad at you, but it will bite you in the butt later. Give it time and then see if that helps.
