Most SAQ are open 11 am to 10-11 pm, but the corner stores sell beer until they close at midnight or 1 am.

You can be served up until 3 am at a bar or tavern.

It all depends on the city and the bars, some corner stores or as we called them variety stores stop at certain time due to local by-laws, like in soem US states no sales afteror between certain hours as some are 24 hour operations.
