Most likely, but all parades in my town travel in a loop around my house, cutting me off from the outside world.

Today there is a HUGE 3 hour long parade in town. People are already sitting on the side of the road. If I drive to the store, someone will park in my yard. I really dislike parades.

We haven't had xian parades per se here, though many youth groups and congregations have floats in the parades we DO have, but we have several denomination-specific festivals/fund-raisers here every year, and no one protests THOSE.

I go to the Greek Orthodox one myself, and I'm Norse Heathen . . . I just happen to love gyros, hummus, and folk dancing!

And . . . "BAH?" You're "bah-ing" people you don't know and *have* mischaracterized, about whether or not they support the Constitution that gives them the right to THEIR beliefs and protection from people like YOU?

no why would i? they have a right to believe what they want and i have no right to say, no you cant do that. so long as other people are aware of it before hand so people know there is a parade going on and they can plan around it.

It would depend on what the parade was trying to promote.

of course not. in fact yesterday my pagan kids were carrying balloons around with bible verses on them! and we were invited to a christian church luncheon (which we can't attend due to a prior engagement)

this was at a christian booth at our canada day festivities.

you shouldn't be so quick to judge non christians opinion's of good christian gatherings.

Same answer as for the pagan parade. Besides, Christian and "pride" do not go together in the same sentence.

Not me. Christians carry guns. I wouldn't want to get shot.
