You should be more worried about wasting money supporting the Royals.
No, it was NOT the question you asked. My answer was to point out how ridiculous the question you DID ask was. There is protocol to follow. These are prisoners of war, if you believe there is a war on terror. Geneva conventions and simple humanity demand that they receive treatment. Even the THOUGHT of denying them medical treatment is barbaric. And quite frankly, I DO believe that money spent on the Royals is just as barbaric. You could solve the world's problems with the cash that goes into that enterprise.
As many have mentioned, if you want to be pragmatic about it, a live conspirator is someone you can question.
I know how to read. But when I read some of the questions I see here, I wonder if some questioners know how to think.

In an enlightened society (civilised) like ours its a fundamental rite for everyone to be treated fairly under the law no matter how vile their crimes. No matter how unreasonable and irksome people view the terrorists, its still absolutely necessary to treat their injuries with the best medical treatment advised by their doctors.
NOT TO DO SO would diminish our society down to the level of barbarians and make us no better the the vilest of defunct states.

Should have poured more petrol on but then again that would have stopped the pain.
Could be a new way of deaing with terrorists as a few litres of petrol is cheaper than a court case.

Of course good treatment of prisoners is an excellent way to get them to talk their little heads off. Something that the US has lost sight of lately. Besides what good are they dead. The idea is for them to be singing about their friends. You can always kill a man. But be sure you are done with him first.

The obvious answer is Yes but I wouldn't because that is what they wanted, is not not something to do with their religion that if they die in that way they go to Ala or whatever their god is. I would let them suffer.

well, i would say let them burn, only having them alive and fit enough to be interviewed could lead to more of these animals being arrested, and taken off the streets, where they could do even more damage.
Perhaps we should have their alkieda friends pay for the treatment?
