Can i use US car stereo in europe ? I've heard they have different freq. and that there is no adapter that i can use. Is this true:(

You really won't be able to use it, due to the fact that most of Europe uses different languages, and the stereo won't be able to translate most of it.

Radios sold in the US are typically only designed to tune FM radio frequencies that are odd numbers: ie, 88.5, 88.7, 88.9, and so on. A tuner sold in the US often can't tune 88.6 or 88.65, for example, though a few can; and others can be reset through the setup options.

you can use it. I'm in the military serving in germany and I brought my old pioneer from my american car and threw it in a junker BMW i bought and it works like a charm......I did have to go to a german auto store and buy some different adapters but they are all in the same price range as you would find in america
