Does the heat from the blow dryer damage your scalp when you get a blow out?

I really need to know because I am thinking about getting a blow out and now I'm not that sure anymore!!

Yes, if it's blowing directly on the scalp. It should be on the hair, and the setting should not be where you're getting burned or your hair is getting fried.

if the dryer is too close to the scalp you can actually BURN your skin, blister and everything
