he's 10 years old and yesterday we noticed he's not doing too good. He keeps Meowing, his legs are wobbly, he falls a lot and he's not eating. Does anyone know whats wrong with him?

He need to go to the vet, ASAP! There are any number of things that may be wrong with him. Bloodwork and possibly x-rays may be needed. Falling down is a serious symptom...

Take him to the vet. He will be able to make a comprehensive examination and perform some tests to see what it is that is causing his extreme suffering. Poor cat.

Yes. Your vet does. Go and see him. There is no way to tell over the internet, as you realize. It could be any disease, absolutely any of the known diseases of cats have these symptoms. Go for tests.

are the legs cold?
not to scare you but my cat died after having this symptoms
doctor said it is digestive problems......
go to the VET asap
