I'm not entirely happy with my weight. I'm not over-weight or anything, (5"8 tall=138 pounds) but i am really uncomfortable with my figure. Does anyone know the best ways or exercise to tone up? Please Help ! x

I am all about exercising in water. constant resistance increases heartrate...no jarring impact like running. You can run in the water with a vest on....or you can swim. As you develop more endurance, the experience lasts longer and you see more results.
Start slow and build up, make sure you consult a doctor prior to starting an exercise program. If you start burning more calories than you are putting in you will lose weight....up to a point. The exercise will tone the muscles and not build mass.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
