my ms vx6000 webcam wont work properly, any one know?

i have probs with people hearing me , i can hear and see them , but they can only see me! brand new webcam. have reinstalled several times ...no go .. and have downloaded new software fromM.S 117megs! still the same

If Vista, XP drivers won't work.

If not Vista, try your web cam on a friend's PC to see if the device is working properly, then re-post with specific errors etc.
