Its really a messed up situation when you end things in the relationship and still cant seem to let it go. Thats only natural, its obvious that you guys once shared a close relationship and therefore all the memories you created seems so hard to forget and to rebuild. I know its difficult I aint gonna lie but you need to let bygones be bygones. Try hanging out alot with the mates and keep yourself busy.Use your break up has a learning experience for your next relationship, I dont mean go find someonelse on the rebound, it would do you injustice. Time heals all wounds!!!!!

Mostly guys will tell you, go find some other girl to take your mind off of ex... but that will not be fair for the new girl. What you can do is, try not to do things that you and your ex used to do together, don't go to places that remind you of her, and throw away all the stuffs that she gave you or remind you of her. I know its easy to say, but trust me if you give it some time she will be off your mind. I can't tell how long it will take but eventually it will die down. I know at this moment you may feel like you cannot live without her, but it will change sooner or later. Good Luck!!!

If you do ring, just be sociable and don't try to put pressure on her or she will be defensive.

Try and ring today, then leave it a couple of days before you try again. Keep it friendly, and if she gets nasty, just calmly say bye and hang up.

If you don't want to call, try a friendly text to see if she's ok, but don't say "we really need to talk" or anything crap like that or you will scare her off.

I'm assuming she ended it!

Have you ever wanted to learn or do something, but never gotten round to it?

Now is the time to begin.

I went through a spilt up years ago and was having the same trouble you are, so i took up guitar which i had wanted to do for years & never had.

now i love playing music more than any woman.

why would she say nasty stuffs to u? (i'm wonderin')
call her.. dont let her speak a word until u finished what u wanted to tell her, ur real feelings... then its up to her. Atleast u did your part and whatever be the outcome, u'll never go on wondering what could have been if u haven't called her. (u know regrets?) good luck!

first things first, delete or get rid of her number. (problem one sorted) Next what i would suggest is that you find something to do to take your mind off of her, get a hobby, join the gym, take up an evening class, get out and have fun with your mates, its time to start building a new you and exploring the world that is you. Then you can move on and find someone else ;)

Time is the only healer my Friend i know its difficult but its the only way.Try to remain positive and keep yourself active so u don't think about her too much if you ring her or see her it will make you feel worse.
All the best

Honestly its difficult my friend. Coz all the images are there in your mind - stay busy with your work or something creative - try to get in a relation - but never compare. Believe me - time heals everything :)

same position mate, it hurts like hell, been over 4 months of no contact for me, but no contact is the only way.

Get yourself out and about and meet new people, i've been doing this but the ***** is still polluting my mind, i think that it just takes time.

Be easy on yourself dude.
