well, it depends. if they both are members of the same family then they probably have a problem. if she persists then i think it's serious. but if that's not the case, then she probably wants 2 gain his attention. she has a crush. but she doesn't know dt she instead repells him by doing so much noise.
no need for an alarme juste knock some sence into her brain. tell her that makes her aweful and she'll stop.

Lots of girls think it's "cute" to be loud and bit*chy around guys they like. She's just trying to get his attention.
