The urine is not usually wrong. You won't feel anything moving at this early stage. Go to primary care physician or gyno and have them check other bloodwork to make sure you don't have anything else wrong. Sometimes women get cysts on their overies and the symptoms mimic pregnancy in the early stages.

Sore breasts are normal when getting ready to have a period for many women.

As for the issue of not having a period for a couple months that can be stress related in some cases.

As for the urine test being wrong, yes, it's possible that it could be wrong.

I would recommend getting another opinion, preferably not from someone else there at Planned Parenthood. Check to see if your city's health dept offers a free clinic. If not check to see if there's a Medical School close to you that may be able to help.

You may have a fake pregnancy. But you may really be pregnant. Get a blood test from your doctor. It will be correct as to whether you are pregnant or not.
