It varies, the distance between the Earth and Moon, and the Earth and Sun, is fairly constant. But since the moon goes around the Earth, the distance between the Sun and Moon varies depending on the time of the month.

The earth is 93 million miles from the sun.
The moon is about 250,000 miles from Earth.

Thus, it would be reasonable to assume that the moon is also roughly 93 million miles from the sun, give or take 250,000 miles.

Is that cosmic, or what?

Basically the same as the earth, because the moon orbits us as a satellite and the distance changes constantly. The earth orbit is a good average.
