Farming is never EASY. There is always SOMETHING to worry about. Taxes, weather, bugs, etc.
Small businesses have the advantage of not having a bunch of people to have to put up with, but small businesses (to run) have the disadvantage of you having to make sure everything is done right. There's lots of paperwork to small businesses. The above named stuff you're tired of.
There is a reason it's called WORK.

I am 14,and I want to become a flutist(I want to play in an orcestra)or a Serbian language professor(I am from Serbia.I think that jobs aren`t stressfree,but they aren`t too stressfull.

What are you passionate about? Pets? Flowers? Books? Work with what you love and you will "work" a lot less. (There still will be grunt work in all jobs though.) : (

There is no such thing as a "stress-free" job.
As for owning your own business, large or small, there is ALWAYS paperwork, fees & permits.
