It's funny you should ask this, as I was just wondering the same thing!
It's true that weight loss and gain can cause size changes, and I believe that most women vary throughout the month. I think what you mean, though, it how long can they grow initially.
I'm 29, and have been the same weight since college. I'm not pregnant, and I've never had kids. However, I've noticed that I've gone up a cup size over the last two years...although it was gradual. My rib, waist, and hip measurements have stayed the same!
I can remember in college, there were quite a few of my friends who had gone up cup sizes during the 4 years...although it's difficult to say if it wasn't also attributed to weight gain as well.

Well I am 66 and it is still happening. I do believe it has to do with the growth hormones put into our meats.
At 21 I was a B
29 a C after pregnancy and never went down. You have to include pregnancy it is part of the equation.
Hormones for 29 years and I am now a D+.
