so i usually have very very heavy periods with really horrible cramps, my periods most of the time are irregular,
i had a period on around may 15th...
but now i'm spotting a little bit, not much, with no cramps.
i was just wondering if this was normal cause it's never happened to me before.

No, this could indicate the possibility of an infection or a hormone imbalance (because of the irregular periods). The only way to know for sure is to have this situation evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on to cause the irregularity.

How long have you had your period. Why are all of you periods irregular? Maybe you have a STD. Go to the doctor.

if ur sexually active get tested for STD's as soon as possible. people might say spotting is normal but u can never be sure. take my advice and get tested instead of wasteing ur time asking people online. trust me i know from personal experience. I had the same problem and i went and got tested. make an appointment with a gynocologist as soon as u get a chance. i hope i helped
