Probably. Most of the ones I have dealt with come into this category. Why are they there and what do they do? Their job is to con people into signing up to different types of accounts or schemes and to take out loans, all these things earn money for the bank.Their sole interest is in creating profit for the bank and shareholders. The requirements of the customer or client are right at the bottom of the list of priorities. Nat West are not alone. Most other banks are very similar. What is needed is a public owned bank without shareholders. Any profits paid to all members as an interest bonus on their accounts.
