can you plezz tell me a good spam blocker free or trialware?

my mail inbox gets about 400-500 spam mails everyday.

Upgrade your Yahoo! mail to Yahoo! Mail plus..it has better spam and scam protection capability,
Or down load and install McAfee anti-spam-phishing mail filter in your pc but it can cost you some dollars.

Go to free.avg.com. There you can get a free antivirus and antispyware. AdawareSE from ww.lavasoft.de is also free and does a decent job for adware.
