my Ram Is 512 DDR1 Kingstone And My CPu is 2.00 Celeron.I want To Upgrade It to P5 And 3.2 CPu.

The reason is because P5 motherboard doesnt support DDR1 modules. You need to upgrade to DDR2 just as the seller suggested.

They are not costly nowadays.

If you really want to reuse your RAM, your best option would be an Asus P5PE-VM

For the other models, you will have to buy new ddr2 RAM that are cheap nowadays.
