computure is freezing when starting up. Stops when loading XP?

Question

I have taken back to shop they say nothing wrong done this 4 times. computure new only 6 months old.dosn't do everytime. no pattern just when it feels like not going.

Try repairing XP first w/ this:

Also try starting PC with nothing attached to the USB ports. Drivers of some devices might be causing errors.

It could be anything try to run a diagnostics.there may be a diagnostics in the bios or from boot options depending on the make of your PC.
