Hilary has her act together, Lindsay will maybe one day. Looks wise it's Lindsay , all other things it would have to be Hilary.

I think Lindsay is better. Although she is always in the limelight for all the wrong reasons (smoking, drinking, partying), I think she has more staying power than Hilary.
She is more beautiful than Hilary, for one. Secondly, she always bounces back after something bad. For example during one time last year when she became really thin, she managed to gain weight back. Besides that, her movies are far more successful than Hilary's. Why? Because the storylines are better and simply because she is a naturally gifted actress.
Her successful movies? 'Mean Girls' (her first non-Disney movie), 'Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen', 'Freaky Friday' (starring Jamie Lee Curtis), and 'Herbie: Fully Loaded'. Hilary? She's only well known for 'Lizzie McGuire'.
I know that many people would prefer Hilary over Lindsay. But she is now starting to bare lots of skin and in her latest music video 'With Love', she has love scenes with a guy in the lift. Lindsay might be more controversial, but she doesn't make her videos that bad.
No matter what anyone says or thinks, Lindsay is my pick anytime.

im a big fan of hilary duff!
shes beautiful and classy and she didnt get into the party scene or get to skinny. her music is catchy and shes a great actress. lindsay has too much drama in her life and she let herself and her career go down the drain..
