I began editing on Wikipedia early in 2002, after reading an article in the New York Times Magazine " THE YEAR IN IDEAS: A TO Z.; Populist Editing". At that time Wikipedia had 16,000 articles. I jumped in and did my first work on the geography of Colorado, much of which, though unreferenced, remains in the article. I edited intensely for about a year, became an administrator, and became closely acquainted with typical struggles to control the point of view of articles. I left Wikipedia and founded Wikinfo which focuses on issues of point of view. However, when the dispute resolution process was created, I volunteered to come back and serve as an arbitrator, which I did for several years. Now, I do a little work for Wikipedia, but concentrate on Wikinfo, and on WaterWiki, a Wikia wiki. I did some good work on Wikipedia, much of it remains in the articles I worked on. My most difficult interactions were with Larry Sanger, but since the founding of Citizendium, I've done a little editing there too. I've had a lot of fun, mastered touch typing, and learned a great deal, especially about my own behavior.

Yes. I created the Tank AI article. I would highly recommend looking at an existing article and borrowing ideas to make a new one.

Yeppers, I have edited multiple entries on wikipedia, and pretty much wrote the entire (but as yet unfinished) entry for a book.
It's fun. It's weird.

I've made a few small changes. Sadly, some of those changes have been deleted for some reason.
