I know people who did a three months walking tour from the Netherlands to Santiago.
I also know people who did a two weeks in the north of Spain.
Both are called 'el Camino de Santiago'.
So you need to tell us a little more before we can give you the information you want.

As a rule of thumb, 100 Euro a day per person for food and hostels, and more for hotels, going out for a drink, local transport and so on.
But check it with someone who has done the same kind of walk you want to do, as the prices differ for the kind of tour you do, whether you qualify for the church run hostels or have to pay for hotels and so on.

Flights on top of that.
