LOL omg thats funny, because when I was in high school (graduated in 07), EVERYONE Was always complaining that we had open showers. Like, our shower room consisted of a pillar in the middle and 8 shower heads running off of it. I live in Idaho, btw, so I guess that fits in with your West idea, but like, every school around here has open showers. But yeah, even the college around here have the same thing. I don't know, it was how I was raised, so w/e. It never really bothered us. It made for interesting conversations though. Hahaha. But it sure would have been nice to have the cubicle things... hmmm... interesting how different parts of the states have different things. Haha.
