Would it be mean to name my daughter (if its a girl) Eve Elle?
I thought it was kinda cute because if you pronounce it together it sounds like Evil (im not completly set but you know how you think of a name and you kinda like it) But my mom thought it was mean. I'm not completly sure of what to name a girl, but I already have a boys name planned.

Yea, your mom is right. The name Eve is great. How about another middle name?

I think that would be absolutely horrible! Both the names are pretty though. What about Elle Eve?

Why would you want to do that? I mean, its not mean but its not nice either. I guess its wouldn't be too bad considering that most people would never hear her middle name said with her first, unless you choose to raise her saying it like that. Plus, she might like it. Its the perfect myspace name and she wont have to think that hard to create it. Good luck, and to be honest if I was you I would listen to my mom on this one but remember it is your decision to make.

Putting the "Evil" thing aside, those names sound awful together anyway. Two short, 1-syllable E names together do not flow at all and sound really harsh. I would rethink that idea completely.

Hmmm, not bad. I think I'll have to agree with your Mum, although it is quite pretty, especially if the emphasis is put on Elle rather than Eve.

I don't think it would be as mean as it would puzzling. i don't know too many parents that would look at their child, especially as a beautiful, innocent baby and actually want to make her name sound as if you're calling her evil. those are too of my most favorite names but i think you would just make her school years rough by naming her that. On paper it's a beautiful name but when you say it, i think it would just make people wonder why you would name your little girl that. Just my opinion though...

How about instead of Eve Elle, you name her Elle Eve and then people will always think of pain medicine when they say her name???

Makes about as much sense as your explanation!

OMG, please! Don't saddle her with this name. It might become a self fulfilling prophecy......

I hope you're kidding. That would be so 'evil' to do. It would label her and determine her personality and I don't think it's the one you would hope for.

I think when you hold your beautiful baby and look down at her evil will not be what you're thinking. It will be the purest, most perfect love you've ever known.

OMG how could you even think of that kind of name? your daughter will probably be teased for that when she gets older! thats soooooooo mean! Eve or just Elle is fine not both together.

Yes. It might sound cute now, but your daughter will most likely hate any "cute pun" name you give her. Just take Ima Hogg for example..I bet her parents thought that was pretty cute, too.
