My son has found his "cups" around the house and thinks that they are drinks. He understands how to open the bottles and it is just a matter of time before he finds one that I didn't know was there and drinks it. What can I do? He pretty much said he will try to watch it but will not stop chewing in the house.

Instead of nagging him, why don't you clean up the house and get rid of the bottles laying around?

You can't force him to stop, unfortunately, so instead of trying, just insist that he help you keep the bottles out of the little guy's reach. This is the responsibility of you both. A 19 mo old should NEVER be left unattended, anyway.

I used to chew, even when my children were babies. Trust me they take one swig and they will never drink from it again.

Tell the handicap husband to stop chewing that s*** because your baby could get poisoned and die. Is he kinda stupid? Why would you put your child in dangerous environment.....ask him that.
