What is the meaning and origin of the name Keitra?

I think it's a girl's name. I ask because I saw it once i n writing and thought it would make a nice name, but I can't ffind the meaning.

There is a SLIGHT possibility that this is a variant of the name Caitria, the Irish version of "Katharine"
