You can't take them off. They form from you breaking blood vessels when sucking on his neck. They just have to heal.
And if he has a girlfriend your mouth shouldn't be on him.

You can fade a hicky by putting ice on it, however that will only reduce the redness and appearance of the hicky.. It will take a while to go away...

How to remove a "love bite?" Well, I have had hickies before and the only way to get rid of one is to let it just fade away. You CAN cover it up with foundation or powder. You can try the old wives tale of putting a frozen spoon on your hickie and holding it in place for a few seconds...But...I have had NO success trying that remedy, so your best luck is to just let it fade away and cover it up with foundation or powder...

Try a shop-vac to suck it off. It won't remove it, but it will make it look like anything other than a hicky.

Unfortunately, you can't, really...it's the result of burst capillaries, similar to a bruise. The best bet is to conceal it, with clothing, a bandage, or makeup.

use toothpaste, it has an ingredient in it that helps to reduce redness. It will not make it go way but it won't look as bad

sorry, but you can't. it has to go away on it's own; but he could cover it up with some concealer (make up)
