tomorrow is my championship game for softball. do you know how i could get everyone pumped up? and ideas what we could do before the game?

for my softball league im in. the team were playing beat us once and we beat them once

If your teammates are not "pumped up" when they come to the ballpark to play the championship game you probably will not win. Just remind them that this is where you wanted to be when the season started and to go out there and play as hard as you can and leave everything on the field. The manager should tell the team before the game starts to give it all you can and win or lose he is very proud of everyone.

Put a large, water proof garbage can with your opponents name on it in the locker room and let everyone put their "personal liquid contribution" in it.
