I don't know if "I Love LA" is the song played after dodger games.

BUT... I do know that "I Love LA" was written and performed by Randy Newman. The stuff he sings is usual humorous ("Short People") but he's also written some big hits for others. -- Ella Fitzgerald, Aaron Neville, Gladys Knight, Joe Cocker, etc.

He has done lots of work in film too... including the score for "The Natural" and some Disney/Pixar hits such as Toy Story, A Bug's Life, etc.
