Sometimes when I'm sitting around doing nothing and my mind is wandering, I'll think about scenarioes or situations that could happen in my head. Sometimes though, I really get into the moment while I'm thinking, and I'll do an action or something that I would do if the scenario in my head was actually happening, in real life.

For example, I was sitting in my room, thinking about playing beerpong with my friends. I played the whole game out in my head, and then I made the last cup to seal the game (if you don't know what beer pong is, it's a drinking game, and making the last cup wins the game for you or your team). That was all going on in my head, but when I made the last cup in my head, I raised my fist in my room and whispered something like 'Yeaaaa!' I didn't realize I was doing this until I saw myself in the mirror. I don't do this kind of stuff in public, I don't think, but is getting way to into your thoughts like this normal even if you're by yourself?

its not crazy, every body does it or has done it in the past. I think the fact that you are this worried about it is what is indicative of your need for a hobby

I'm so glad I read this one!! I thought I was the only one that did this!! This has happened to me a few times to me. Many times tho, I will have a full conversation in my head of what I want to say to someone. I will talk in my head for an hour but when I see that person, I cant say what I did in my head. My daydreams seems stronger than my nightdreams. Not sure why or ow this happens. But I'm hoping it's not just happening to the two of us...lol. I'm sure when we are sitting around doing nothing, our brain speeds up and goes on it's own. Some times I think my brain has a mind of it's own...lol.

Did you know that if you really get into it like that, it's the Law of Attraction in action?

Since we are made of energy and the entire Universe is made of energy, those mind scenarios will manifest at some point in time, later down the road. So think great thoughts because they will come back to you...and I didn't make that one up. It's just a Universe and is as certain as the Law of Gravity. Keep smiling :>)

Yes, it's very abnormal to do. Seems like you have too much time on your hands and should fill it with reading a book or going out with friends
