Dear Senator _______:

I assume you utilize tax deductions on your IRS forms. In other words, you take steps to lower your tax liability.

So why do you say "The Rich" need to pay higher taxes?

You personally are very rich, and yet you do all you can to AVOID paying higher taxes.

If you really think The Rich need to pay more, then why don't you?

To the first responder: The Republican Party is composed of Republicans. I guess that makes the other guys Democratics. Funny how my spell check doesn't like that word.

Think about it. If the Democrats are using tax deductions and want the "rich" to have higher taxes, they are actually saying they are willing to pay higher taxes themselves while continuing to give the benefit of tax deductions to all Americans.

On the other hand, Republicans use the same tax deductions and want to give lower taxes to the top 5% (themselves) while the rest of America does not get the same benefit.

So who is really watching out for the most Americans? Not the Neo-Cons (with emphasis on Con)

Excellent. I hate it when rich people fight for higher taxes. Maybe they should donate 60% of their earnings like Europeans and Canadians do whether or not we have high taxes.

I know senators love form letters.
I bet they never even see your letter.
Some summer intern will file it away somewhere...
