Some humans can. I myself have forseen things before they happened, mostly to people I am close with. I have forseen fires, car accidents, and injuries. It had even saved my life.
One day I forsaw an accident in my car. In the preminition my car was struck by a truck failing to give way at a round about. Later that same day, I was at the roundabout, saw the truck coming, that should have yeilded, and braked hard. Thankfully I did as the truck failed to yeild and would have killed me if I hadn't stopped in time.
It is not something I can control, and its not always clear what the signs mean. But I do know its inherited. My mother had it as did my grandmother.
But I do believe that there are a lot lof people preying on the lonely, the unlucky and the unwise by saying that they can, when they don't have the "gift".
