Every honest worker who gives their all is not a failure but the jobs like fast food workers get a bad rap...because some employees act as if they just got out of bed and are not awake when the customer comes up to the counter to place their order....they move like a snail or turtle very slow...and do not show that they are interested in what they are doing.....you find these people all over...but.....the fast food workers seem to get made fun of especially on TV....the comedians have for ages made fun....so in order for this type of thing to change..all the workers need to snap to attention and show everyone they are ready to pack the bags with burgers and fries...and move the line....I'm sure you are one of the best workers...and do your best....Best wishes to you....take care and don't let it get to you...just do the best you can and be proud of who you are....hugs from Mama Jazzy Geri...

Everyone that wants a job should be able to go out and get one. I have worked in just about every dynamic of job and would never consider my McDonald's or Burger King experiences as a failure. It fed and housed me and my family and that was all that mattered.

I think it has more to do with the fact that the job is a starter position as far as employment goes and it is minimum wage and that isn't the kind of income that an older person could support thier family off of.

Well, the person hasn't gone anywhere with education and anything in his life. They didn't excel and won't be able to provide with much money, and they have no objective or oppertunity in life. That is why they are called a failure

Your job doesn't define who you are. If they think so, they've failed in their personality position.
