is it possible to get sued over ownership of a house more than once?

My mom and dad are fighting over ownership of our house wich my mom has full ownership of, first time we went to court neither dad or his lawyer showed up so the judge granted us the win but know he is sueying us for the same thing can he do this and if so what can mom do about it ?

I guess he could appeal that decision, not really sure. But there are statutes of limitations on things like that also. What is your mother's attorney saying. She should contact her lawyer and ask him what is up.
