To whom it may concern,
I backed into your car I'm sorry. You have damages to your bumper and trunk and all your tail lights are out. And I dont know what happened but your back tires are flat as well. But dont worry my jeep is fine i only have some paint transfer on the bumper. I would leave my info for you but you parked in a no parking zone...so i guess that's karma for you. OK well have a nice day.

I only leave notes on cars if they are parked across my drive entrance or parked too close. The parked too close one always says Next time leave a can opener so I can get my car out, jerk. I might start leaving mystery notes under people's wipers. That would be fun. Little nice phrases or something.

It would say,
"To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that this parking space is reserved for staff parking only. (See the blue lettering on the curb? That's what it says.) You do not have a staff parking sticker. (If you ARE staff, you need to get one.) I hate to be rude, but you need to quit parking in staff parking spaces OR ELSE!!!
