Is internet censored in India ?

Question

why is it so whenever we enter Anti-India Crew (AIC), a Pakistani hacker group, osama bin laden, and like wise any other terrorist organization, we are unable to fine there official websites through any search engine even google.
Or they dont have Official websites, If they have wat is there address.
Let me tell u, It is just for information i asked i dont have anything to do with them haha...

India may be the second-largest (in terms of population) country in the world, and it may boast a thriving software industry, but its interconnectivity with the rest of the world is frighteningly restricted. Controlling these major chokepoints, VSNL could easily censor India's access to the rest of the Net, as it already has with Dawn.
