My stomahe is growling but I hate eating this late. It's 12:30am and I don't have to get up early in the morning. goodnight

no! the body doesnt digest food during sleep so it all turns into fat.

Well its not so good for your digestive system to eat just before going to bed, so unless you are really starved maybe skip on the snack?

A small glass of fruit juice shouldn't be too bad though, if you're really desperate.

Well if you're happy with yourself and not really a health freak sure...but eat something light!...If you're self consious and you mind your weight don't eat or if you do eat something with very little carbs, sugar, and salt with a glass of water. Nothing dairy! Goodnight and goodluck! =D

I don't think you should eat directly before sleep. Maybe you can eat a full breakfast in the morning.

Have some soda crackers...they fill you up without the icky feeling.
