I know a lot of Librans and a lot of Gemini, and as a Pisces, a natural born business person, I can safely say I would be more comfortable hiring a Gemini. I don't necessarily think one is smarter than the other, but Libras are lazy. I've seen it before - they call in sick constantly, they fake sick, they fake family deaths, fake accidents, they always have a reason not to go to work, a reason to quit, and a reason not to work at all. Not interested.
Of course, I would never hire someone based on their sign alone. That's just silly.

I feel great answering this question.
On the contrary, both the signs are good and have their own specialities, but if it is a case of Gemini, they are very ambitious, professional and rightly suit for the today's technology generation.
I guess as per the traits of the people of these signs whom i knew for long time, Geminians are more intelligent whereas Librans' are intellectuals.

Gemini's are the twin ones right? So there you get two workers for the price of one. Although, being a Libra myself, I must say we are seriously awesome in the sack so there's that to consider as well.

both can be extremely intelligent. depends on what type of work that needs to be done, i guess.
if the work description needs plenty of PR- lotsa talking and dealing with people- hire the libran- they have their ways with words and they will slog hard for you till completion of the work. geminis on the other hand- due to their two faced, flaky and fickle minded character will only bring suspicion and create trust issues among the workers.
if the work requires great, impressive, creative and whacky ideas- go for the gemini. the gemini can either be a total twisted crack nut or a genius; or better even both.

well lets see. i dont really know why they say that the air signs are so smart? like thats not right.
i mean every aqarius girl i know has a baby before shes 17.
all the geminis i know ask me for homework help!! they have no common sence like whats so ever and they have no manners in public.
yeah there smart when it comes to "talking their way through things" thats about it. but u can only go so far on that.
so my sisters a libra and oh my lord not to be rude that girl dosnt have a brain.
but from what i've experienced from geminis i think i'll choose libra.

I believe Gemini would be more so, but with that intelligence can come manipulative & calculating behavior. Tauruses & Virgos are usually very diligent & hard workers because Pride is very important to them. So they will never hand in work that they feel is less than their best.

gemini are so intelligent but they don't use their intelligence in the right place but libra are more determinative.
