I've never gone shirtless except for the beach or the pool, and in my opinion, it'd be the PERFECT opportunity to be noticed by hordes of sexy ladies who just happen to pass by you or their walking and jogging sessions... however, beware of skanky girls and "naughty" young children who might poke you in your belly button... unless you enjoy it... LOL.
I've seen lots of older men go shirtless outdoors while they're doing their yard work, and in pictures.... and let's just say I hope to look like some of these guys when I get to be that age. ;>) This is not my opinion, but many women would argue that some men have have no business going shirtless in public, specfically those with huge guts (ever see them in Speedos?) and hairy backs. Personally, I think the latter is nastier.
So in conclusion, if you feel confident and sexy enough to go shirtless in the summer heat... I say go for it!

I live in Arizona - next week it will probably reach 117 F. We have horribly hot summers. I say it's fine. If you are going to be inside in a public place, put a shirt on. Otherwise, it's fine to walk around without one.

Summer heat and shirtless makes sense and is fine.Even females ogling at is also OK. Sexy?not really.For that the men have to go -------------less,meaning opposite of upper half.Any takers?
