I just graduated high school and I'm looking to cheer or dance in college. I've had some cheering experience and I'm a good dancer. I know there is a lot of tumbling involved with college cheering squads and that is my only weakness. With that said do you think I could make the squad my sophomore year in college? This fall I will be a freshman.

No i dont think so to be a female cheerleader you have to be the best at everything in order to be second string. If you really want to get a personal tumbaling trainer. its much easier for men.

The "significant different and young ones" delight in which you in basic terms had is unquestionably a clique. it rather is time so as which you would be able to stop cliques. a minimum of dance is a sturdy artwork. And a fortunate come to a decision upon few could make a profession out of it. Take dance.

I wanted to try out for my college's squad as well, but they said on their flier that a standing backtuck and a roundoff were required. If you can do either of those, they'll be able to work with you. It really depends on how competitive the school is. See if they have a website with contact info and ask about tryout expectations.

Depends on the college. This is a university team, and you will note they do not do a lot of tumbling: http://youtube.com/watch?v=f9ptHoZPWFM
