depends on how big the mov. file is mabye like 15-30 minutes

Depends on website traffic. Sometimes less than a minute. Sometimes a whole-entire day.
And if YouTube was going under maintenance work at the same time as you are uploading, your video will only show AFTER the maintenance work is done.
p.s. I notice that YouTube usually do their maintenance thing on Fridays or weekends.

Depends upon size of whatever you uploaded. Maximum I'd say is around an hour for it to show up in search results.
