We have a Democracy that is in fact, very divided and polarized right now. Large corporations and other wealthy power brokers have too much control. The common people don't have nearly as much power and influence as the rich. The very rich buy out politicians. The very rich use their money to lie to people and control them into voting for the bought out politicians.
It looks bad right now, but it's truly not hopeless. I believe things will start getting better soon.

I didn't vote for Bush, but a lot of people did. Too many. It was a close race, but we just barely lost. It was a tragedy for America and the entire world.

Fifty percent of Americans don't vote, the others are divided primarily into two groups the Demlicans and Republicrats, you need to ask the Republicrats first then the Demlican congress second. Our democracy is based on people voted into office making sound decisions after familiarizing themselves with the facts. One thing I know, that our congress should know, is the horrors of war, and nation building can be nasty tricky foreign policy.

Because we didn't choose bush to kill the people of the world.

We chose him to be the President of our country. His job description has nothing to do with killing the people of the world.

Hope I cleared that up for you.

....I can't even really tell what you're asking, but I'll take a stab at it. No one "chose Bush to kill people." If you can't comprehend that, then I weep for the future.

Voted for him twice. Missed the speech where he said if elected he will kill lots of people though.

I voted for Bush. America is a democracy and GBW is the duly elected president. I do not agree with his politics and I am glad he will be out of office in 549 days. George Bush has violated the constitution he swore to uphold. I believe he should be impeached but then "Shotgun" Cheney will be president. We will have a new president in 2009. But we will not end our war on terrorism we will pursue it in a more productive way.
But to answer your question. Nobody likes to be wrong.

I chose to vote for President Bush because I believe he would do what is necessary to stop people from coming to America to kill Americans. If I could, I would reenlist and go kill "people of the world", to help him.

Such a broad statement doesn't deserve an answer. I stand by our President's actions and support his efforts on our behalf.
