I'm a tenth grader, and planning to take the SAT in December. I took a practice test today and got the following scores for math and critical reading:

Critical Reading: 740 (4 wrong)
Math: 640 (6 wrong)

I got 10 off on the "best way to configure this sentence" section. Any suggestions on how to improve my grammar and sentence structure skills?

Yes! Talk to your English teacher or some other department staff member who you respect. They are the best people to go to for assistance of this nature. They should be able to give you all kinds of tips, suggest resources and perhaps arrange for tutoring if needed.

Improve your grammar by reading books (get a list of good ones from your literature teacher). Another way is to keep a daily writing journal and ask a teacher to 'grade' it and recommend improvement.
