in the game pokemon diamond for the DS how do i get off sinnoh?

i got the national dex ,dialga,killed the lake spirits and caught giratina and im getting REALY TIRED OF SINNOH!!!
i wanna go 2 johto or hoen :(

they should remake it or something and just add condesed versions of the other regions. (if the game can hold much more, gosh!)
