YES, life gets MUCH better as you get older. I'm 53 and I like to think I'm a much better person now then I was at age 23. I'm more mature, more confident, happier.

Yes, but you need to do the hard work while you're young, like doing good in school and college. I also think life gets easier as one gets wiser and more capable of making better decisions.
