If yes,I think it's time to rebel and go anyway. Simpson will be PG-13 and some parents may be prudes and won't let their kids see it.

My dad let me watch an R-rated movie when I was in grade three soo.. noo. My parents dont even look at ratings. Mind you I'm 16 now, so maybe thats why. But when I was young they didnt care.

Even if u r 13, ur parents have a perfectley explainable reason why u can't go, maybe ur a little immature, so if ur younger than 13, they don't want u to go, or just they think ur not ready to see a pg-13 movie, wait til ur older, don't disobey and rebel!
