To answer your dumb mispelled question ...of course everyone who has a philosophy on purpose/free will would consider it as the last word. Otherwise it wouldn't be their philosophy. It would just be their view, thought, or idea.

No, I don't. My philosophy on purpose and free will is constantly evolving based on what evidence I am presented with as my life proceeds. I certainly do not feel the same about the subject now compared to when I was 10 or 20 years old. Why would I think I would not change in the future as well? I think it would be obtuse and unrealistic to regard your own personal philosophy as the last word on anything.

I do not believe the purpose philosophy since I do not believe that there is a Creator who plans thedevelopment.i

For the same reason I do not believe in Free Will if it means that this a generous gift from somebody. But if it means that we are free to shape our future I believe it.This belief is linked to the theory of EvolutionWhile it is truethat we are all products of evolution with the evolution of man/woman it has become a guided evolution.By our conscious/purposeful actions we are destroying the atmosphere, the flora and fauna and in a way are determining the shape of things to come. This is the direct effect of our free will running moribund. Dinasours also could have done it by controlling their consumption and prevented the emergenlace of egg-laying organism. In fact over time they could havedeveloped themselves into 'humans.Despite the catastrophe some of them could have saved themselves and in duetime inhabited the world. We can also save ourselves and will from the inevitable consequences of warming.

Yes, pretty much, but I'm open-minded to any actual evidence of anything, and that's not necessarily narcissistic in the slightest.

Oy. I'm both close-minded and open-minded, depending on the situation. I do have to say that if I have to answer one more philosophical question - and I know I put myself up to it - I'll die of massive head trauma.

So basically we have the free will to either follow destiny or break away.
